IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• In case of any medical condition, the client is obliged to inform the crew upon embarkation.
• For the booking of the vessel for a weekly charter on the requested date/dates to be officially confirmed, a full payment of the total amount is which can be paid via credit card, Visa or MasterCard.
• Kindly note that for the prices stated on our website, VAT and APA are not included. The VAT 12% and APA 40% will be added to the amount on the next step of the charter reservation.

ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE refers to the estimated amount intended to cover operational expenses such as fuel, mooring fees, provisions, and any other incidental expenses which are described in detail hereunder. (The APA will be estimated at 40% of the total charter rate. Upon disembarkation, final calculations of the of the operational expenses will be made by the captain. In the event that the amount spent does not reach the APA paid prior to embarkation, the difference will be returned to the client. Equally, in the event that the expenses surpass the amount of the APA, the difference will be invoiced to the client and must be paid prior to disembarkation)

• The ship owner disclaims all liability for accidents or injuries on board, for the entire duration of the charter.
• Cancellation requests will only be accepted in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In the event of cancellation of the booking of a Weekly Charter more than 15 days before embarkation, the down payment is withheld by the ship owner.
• In the event of cancellation of the booking of a Weekly Charter less than 15 days before embarkation, the entire charter fee is withheld by the ship owner.
